This notice explains what we do with the email address you give us when you join the waitlist for The Great Cloud. It is intentionally short, because we collect very little.
Only your email address, and only if you choose to submit it through the waitlist form. We do not ask for your name, location, or any other personal details. The site also uses CookieHub to manage cookie preferences for optional analytics and tagging, and those preferences can be changed through the cookie banner.
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics through Google Tag and CookieHub to understand how the website is performing and which parts of The Great Cloud visitors seem most interested in — for example, which sections, updates, screenshots, or calls to action people spend time with. We use this to improve the site, spot technical issues, and learn what excites players most as development continues.
Analytics cookies do not give us your name or email address. Your email address is only collected if you choose to submit the waitlist form, and you can change your cookie choices through the CookieHub banner.
Solely for early-access communications — to contact you about early access, testing opportunities, development updates, and launch information for The Great Cloud. We rely on your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, as the legal basis for this. We will not use your address for anything else, and we will never sell or share it.
Your email address is submitted to, stored, and processed by Brevo, our email service provider, who hold it securely on our behalf for the purpose described above. You can read Brevo’s own privacy practices at brevo.com/en/legal/privacypolicy.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send. To have your data permanently deleted from our records, simply email us from the address you signed up with and ask — we’ll remove it from Brevo. You also have the right to ask what data we hold about you and to have it corrected.
